Killian, before losing Liam, meets in Neverland a Rumplestiltskin turned into a merman and raised as a monster, after being saved by the merman from the attack of a group of sirens, he becomes trapped between what he knows of the world and what he begins to feel for a creature that should not matter… but it does.
Or also known as an AU of the flashback of "Think Lovely Thoughts" where Rumplestiltskin is not abandoned by his father when he arrives in Neverland, but instead is turned into a merman, remaining alone for more than 20 years until Killian and Liam’s ship arrives in Neverland in the "Good form" Flashback.

No one knows this better than Wendy Darling Hamilton, the princess and the next ruler of the Kingdom of Rothnia, who is loved by many. But deep inside, she’s filled with anger when she finds out that the cause of her mother’s death is Peter Pan, the young boy who rules Neverland.
Wendy will sail towards Neverland to avenge her mother. That is a promise she made for herself once she turned 16 years old.
But as she ventures in her journey, things will begin to unfold — and everything is just not what it seems.

Flying high in the sky, his eyes catch onto a rather large pirate ship. Weird, he thinks to himself as he lands on the ship. It is highly doubtful that anyone will be able to see him. Older men and women, not typically children, are pirates. Then again, they're all but extinct in present day, he muses.
Whirling his staff to and fro in between his fingers, bare feet creak on the lived in ship. Whilst trying to ascertain a name for the vessel he cannot seem to find one. But a member passes him, muttering something fierce about their captain being furious. A sudden curiosity sinks into his veins, slowly yet deftly.
