I never noticed. There are no mirrors in my house; there are no mirrors anywhere on Erid, at least not in the sense that we understand them. There’s reflective surfaces, but not intentionally so. My attention has been tugged this way and that, always something new to discover, or else something new to research in the endless encyclopedia I was left with. I had no reason to look at my own body beyond what was necessary to keep it clean.
But now I’m sitting here, and it stares me in the face. Emphasized by my position, my stomach rises up and over my waistband, forming a soft mass that spills slightly over my sides.
“Oh,” I say out loud. I run a hand over this new pudge that probably isn’t new at all, startling slightly at the texture of it. Soft. Yielding. Slightly cold from the water evaporating on it. I touch my body like it isn’t my own, because for a long, long time, it wasn’t. I touch it the way Rocky touched me once he finally had the option to, committing everything to memory, matching it to what he already knew.

Then it clicked—something dark and possessive was growing in his chest. Smirking with the slight satisfaction crawling into his face, there was only one answer to that question.
“You sure you don’t know, baby?” He growled.

Frank felt a little guilty about leaving Penny with Mel, but Mel insisted it was fine, and since she had a way of making him believe things he probably shouldn't, he stopped checking his phone halfway through the monster truck rally and tried to relish in his one-on-one time with Tanner. If nothing else, he trusted that she would call him if she needed something... and also that she wouldn’t need something to begin with. She was good with all kids, but she was especially good with his kids, and Penny loved her; Penny probably loved Mel almost as much as she loved Frank and Abby. Besides, they had access to three massive buckets of toys and Disney's entire film catalogue. It was going to be fine. He had nothing to worry about. And for a few hours, he stopped worrying.
That was before Mel didn’t answer three of his calls.

In an alternate ending to the Harry Potter Universe, a tragic Harry casts a ritual spell to destroy not only Voldemort but all three of the Deathly Hallows, setting death free, and dying in the process.
Lady Death will offer him rebirth in another universe parallel to theirs, as a reward for destroying the artifacts that could have bound her to the mortal realm. He will gradually regain his memories of his old life, and he will retain the magic he had in his original world, with a few modifications and extra abilities to match the new magic system. Soulbound to the three charmed sisters and destined to be with them and change magic in their world forever, together.
SLOW story starting from the childhood, main plot generally follows the original 1998 Charmed TV Show, with alterations to account for Harry's Presence and Choices. WARNING Paige is never born in this AU, and there's no Leo Wyatt. Some characters' appearances are changed a little i.e. hair color, eye color, and one gender-swapped canon character. I created my own character for comedic relief, Hedwen, Harry's talking Shadow Raven familiar.
