So, my idea is this: so, the supernatural has always been real, just in hiding for hundreds of years....right up until the Dawn of Quirks. At that time, they slowly start integrating back into society until it is an open secret. Like, you aren't going to tell everyone and their brother about being the son of a Kitsune, but a few trusted friends, and your family, right?
Well, in this timeline, Izuku is *seemingly* the only human in 1A, everyone else is some kind of supernatural entity, and are hiding it from everyone else.....Right until the USJ incident, when everyone goes all out to survive, INCLUDING Izuku, who isn't human, biologically speaking. He's some kind of amalgamation of pretty much EVERY supernatural entity, which made him appear human. It's one of the reasons why Bakugou bullied Izuku, he just felt WRONG to Bakugou. One of the biggest is a Kitsune, which is what Inko is in this timeline.
I don't know what could happen after this, but it certainly feels fun. I think that Izuku and Ochako would be far more in tune with their emotions, and get together after the sports festival.
