"Jason had always felt things differently than others. Even before the Pit. His emotions were stronger, more intense. They were usually swallowed in his anger, but that had been more of a coping mechanism for dealing with growing up in Crime Alley. Crime Alley wasn’t exactly a safe place to be emotionally vulnerable. Or any kind of vulnerable. So, anger.
After his death, and the Pit, though. It was different. The first few months after the Pit, he couldn’t feel much of anything other than an all-consuming rage... He felt out of control."
