The Policy & Abuse team, who handles all issues like this, has two strict rules regarding confidentiality. One, they do not comment on specific cases in public venues - either the nature of the case or the outcomes of a case. Two, they will not discuss a case with a third party - they will only discuss it with the reporter and the reportee (and the latter two are never put in contact or identified).
The Support team has no information regarding Policy & Abuse cases. As such, we're unable to help.
