OMG ARTHUR YOU. AAAAH. When he punched the mirror I just. Screamed. And getting SHOT. ARTHUR!!! I get protective of Arthur doing stupid things for love. (I guess on a not-very-conscious level he rooted for Eames to get away stealing, but still, at those points in time they're such big sacrifices!)(Also, the use of mirrors harkening back to canon is so clever! Love it.)
I also love all of Eames' misspellings ("LOVE AT FIRST SITE" lmao, it's a misspelling and a pun as well...? First site of crime!), and Yusuf's lines, and the TIE-IN WEBSITE, and how it ends: perfect :) thanks for writing another lovely piece that puts a smile on me first thing in the morn! - V
ARTHUR! IS! SO! DISGUSTINGLY! IN! LOVE!!! IT'S GROSS!!!!!! What an idiot, they're both idiots, this is no way to live!!!!! Ugh can you even imagine the nonsensical hijinks that these two will insist on getting up to, now that they've both resolved to break the law at every turn? What a menace to society!!!!!!
Thank you thank you, I'm so glad you enjoyed this :') Haha this Eames probably agonized a fair bit over which misspelling was the most likely to raise Arthur's hackles. I bet puns annoy him too, he probably thought, gleefully. Double the anger with the same amount of effort!
