I'll be happy to read this new story, but I find the hosts really irritating, especially Vole. Why? They have a mentality and values too similar to human ones. As a higher entity I expect a completely alien way of thinking about what a mortal being like a human might have, for example, Marvel's Celestials think like machines. While these hosts and those of other fanfiction possess a ridiculously anthropocentric-like view of life, rather than a biocentric one with its cruel impartiality. Apart from this outburst of mine, I am happy that this story exists and I will happily await other chapters.
