Summary
With 1-Up Mushrooms completely extinct, many kingdoms find themselves on the brink of collapse. Bowser seizes the opportunity to invade and take total control of the entire Mushroom World, installing his Military to serve as the governing bodies of the overthrown kingdoms. 3 years later, Mr. L finds himself in what was formerly New Donk City, now branded Wario City, where many displaced residents of occupied kingdoms found themselves.
With Mario’s status unknown, Mr. L has spent the 3 grueling years fighting in the shadows. As Darkland’s most wanted, he feels he would be most safe to practice his vigilante justice in the occupied Kongo Bongo capital on their thin slice of the mainland. When he is encountered by some old friends in an altercation in a dark alley, he has no option but to begrudgingly help them in their mission to take back the Mushroom World, without the help of Super Mario.
I also make an all-original webcomic, so this is kind of a side project. I will upload as much as I can but the webcomic (known as Geotown) will take priority.

It has been years since The Doctor helped save Mobius from The Master and the Daleks. The Doctor even made Shadow his companion. But when they returned to Mobius, a lot has changed.
Wario has become Mayor and has taken over a Green Hill City (Sonic’s home) and renamed it "Wario Land". Worse of all he has stolen the Chaos Emeralds and is going to use them to take over the planet.
The Doctor and Shadow try to convince Sonic, the Mario Brothers and all their friends to find a bigger army and fight against Wario and save the city.
With a little help from Eggman.

Morton Koopa Jr wants to make his father happy. So the Koopaling contacts Outer Space to get a race of aliens to help them defeat Princess Peach and take over the Mushroom Kingdom.
Morton gets his wish in the form of Cybermen, but they're not very helpful as they attack the Koopa Family and their minions.
Bowser, the Koopa Kids and their Minions flee to the Mushroom Kingdom where they seek help from Princess Peach and the Mario Brothers to defeat the Cybermen.
And with luck, the Fourth Doctor arrives just in time with a solution to their problem.
