Summary
2032. Neo Death is a hellscape filled with gang wars, corrupt government officials, religious zealots and power hungry military leaders. Built on the corpse of Death City, Soul knew that one day the city would self-destruct, but when he wakes up as the government's next ESP-experiment, he discovers that the city's biggest threat is Soul himself.
Maka desperately tries to save Soul with the help of her anti-government activist conspiracy theorist weeb older cousin Black Star, and the city's most infamous hacker ShaDoe. But with the dawn of a new god some can't help but wonder: Who really deserves to be saved?
