Now that he's free of him, Astarion will do whatever he has to in order to stay out of Cazador's grasp. Even if that means letting one of his new companion's get their filthy hands on him. It's an all too familiar charade that he'll have to perform if he wants to convince one of these saps to take a bit, but he doesn't expect the druid to be the one to take the bait. And he certainly doesn't expect the man Halsin turns out to be, or that Astarion will end up falling for him, and hurting them both in the process.
