Draco hates this. He wishes he never had to come back to this godforsaken School ever again. His mother insisted, however, he come back and complete his N.E.W.T.S.
Draco was prepared to spend the rest of his life rotting away in a cell in Azkaban, that was until Harry bloody Potter came along.
He couldn't just leave it could he, no, he had to be the bloody fucking hero once again. When Draco was standing trial at wizengamot, he had come to terms with the way the rest of his life was going to play out. He and his mother would go to Azkaban (his father too), he would spend the remainder of his life in a cell and eventually die. But no.
Harry the saviour Potter just had to rescue him, once again.

Daniel turns and tips the lenses of his black aviators down just enough to glare over at Johnny. He’s bouncing his knee absently against the dashboard, practically vibrating in his seat from nerves. “That’s easy for you to say, Lawrence, you’re not about to get your teeth ripped out of your head.”
