The last five years have fucking sucked for Bucky Barnes: best friend gets blown to hell (don't worry, he's fine), Buck finally gets out of an abusive relationship only to almost die in a car wreck, followed by having to relearn things, like walking. Getting let go from his job for an absolute bullshit reason. And generally feeling like shit. At least the hot baker at the new place in Red Hook is easy on the eyes. Sure, there's maybe a 2% chance he's gay or bi or even interested in Bucky, but looking's free, right?
