Summary
When Natsuo is twenty-years-old, he publishes a tell-all book on his father and growing up in his house. This starts a domino effect, of course. With the book comes an investigation and sets the groundwork for the Hawks scandal in several years’ time that will see the disbandment of the Heroic Public Safety Commission and the ascension of pro hero Deku to the Number One slot. This will also lead to a decades long chain of change and progress with Deku wielding his influence and charisma like a sword and shield to make society and the world a little better than when he found it.
In essence, you can say, that Todoroki Natsuo is the true hero of this story with his fake quirk and an anger burning in his gut. Just one small book and suddenly…everything changes. The future is brighter for its existence. The curtains are thrown back and the light begins its work to disinfect and cleanse.
When Todoroki Shouto is in his second year of UA, his brother, Natsuo, publishes a tell-all book of essays about growing up in Endeavor's house.
This is Natsuo's story about how he really changed the path of things.

There’s a disturbing uptick in gun-related deaths across Musutafu City. Okay, fine, maybe the uptick is only a 0.8% increase over ten years, but that’s still a great excuse for Snipe to unveil his brand new Mass Shooting Training Plan in front of Nedzu and the UA faculty.
God, Snipe can’t wait to shoot all these asshole kids.
And if Bakugo and Iida are forced together in a high-stakes survival situation, well, that’s just a happy accident. One that’s going to really, really piss off Eraserhead.
(Snipe isn’t feeling smug about that. Not even a little bit.)
Meanwhile, Midoriya discovers something about himself.
TLDR; Snipe has an absolute field day shooting Aizawa’s kids in the face. To teach them a lesson, or whatever. Yada yada gun safety, yada yada shooting drills, yada yada an excuse to saw off the end of a shotgun.

Aaron Hotchner couldn't ask for better agents than David Rossi, Derek Morgan, Emily Prentiss, and Jennifer Jereau. In fact, he prides himself on heading the best team the BAU has to offer. Still, he's not so arrogant he doesn't know when it's time to call for help, so when his team hits a brick wall with a ticking clock, he reaches out to the Intelligence Control and Analysis Program. ICAP sends him a mountain of files, all of them good candidates, but Hotch is repeatedly drawn to the same file. Genius #2036334-4383 has three doctorates and a high success rate with the Bureau, though he's never been in the field. According to his file, he has behavioral issues and doesn't play well with others, but Hotch doesn't see that being a problem. It's a temporary arrangement, after all.

When Hawks is almost killed protecting Tokoyami from a villain, Tokoyami wants nothing more than to sit by his mentor's bedside. However, things aren't what they seem and Tokoyami hears things about the incident that aren't what actually happened. But then Dabi appears one night, acting in a way that implies he's close to Hawks and insisting that someone on the hero's side tried to kill him; not the villain that attacked Hawks and Tokoyami.Tokoyami isn't sure whether he believes Dabi or not; after all, the man is one of Japan's worst villains, despite not acting like it. But what he does know, is that someone tried to kill his mentor and cover it up, and that wasn't something Tokoyami was willing to leave be. And if that means working with Dabi to uncover the truth, then so be it.
