Summary
The second time Voldemort strikes Harry Potter with the Killing Curse, it fails in a new way.
This time, instead of ending a life, it creates one.
—The eyes are Harry’s, obviously. The texture, the wildness of the jet-black hair, that’s Harry’s, too. A trait from Lily, a trait from James.
But the rest… The shape of the face, the nose, the mouth… The more Harry looks at the boy’s sleeping face, the more he sees Tom Riddle in miniature.
A trait from Lily, a trait from James…
And the rest from their murderer.

Summary
“The time you spend with my younger self, of course.” Voldemort sighed as though genuinely troubled, wearing the look of a dissatisfied spouse. “You are with another man all day, at all hours. You cannot expect me to take that well.”
“That other man is you,” Harry said incredulously.
“Incorrect. I am no longer the brat he presently is. I am myself.”
All these differences, and only one thing they have in common—they cannot stand each other.
Or: The Horcruxes and their bride.

Summary
"I do not appreciate my students coming into my classroom last minute and in such a state. Your tie is not optional. A lack of respect towards your appearance translates to a lack of respect towards me, my class, and magic itself. Detention, Mr. Potter."
Harry froze. This had to be a joke. Such an overreaction was unbelievable, even for Professor Snape. But that wasn't Snape's voice. Familiar and unfamiliar all the same. Curiously, Harry's head shot up.
Standing at the front of the room was a man, tall, dark eyes, handsome, and certainly not Professor Snape. It took a second for recognition to hit. Second year was four years ago now, but Harry could still easily recall the image of a young student once stuck in a diary. The man he saw now was older (Harry realized he could see just a tad of silver in his mostly dark locks), but clearly one and the same.
Tom Riddle.
Voldemort.
