There had been a few bickering fights but nothing up in each other's faces like Zoro had enjoyed before they were all sent flying by Kuma. Summary
Soulmates are the people who have the strongest bearing on you as a person. When your paths cross and a natural bond is formed, the name of that soulmate is burned onto you somewhere relating to your bond. Not all of these bonds are mutual, and the strongest bond of all - that of the romantic soulmate - is burned on the skin over your heart. It's also burned on the surface of your heart itself.
Luffy has had many soulmates throughout his life, and he proudly shows them off. On the day that he feels a burning in his left breast, he realizes that only one person can help him see the name that has burned itself beneath his scar: Trafalgar D. Water Law.
Law, on the other hand, has covered the names that decorate his skin with the symbols of his hopes, even as he feels hopeless against Doflamingo. Then he runs into this little captain full of sunshine, and gets asked the strangest, most trusting of favors.

It starts out as a seed when you're born, then begins to bud when you meet, is fully bloomed the first time you touch, and dies when the soulmate dies.
On the inside of Law’s left wrist he had a wilted and dead begonia. On the inside of Law’s right wrist he had a budding yellow hibiscus, after he left Maiden Island. He’s not sure which he hated more.

A girl is found aboard the ship, claiming she doesn't know how she got there... only that she isn't supposed to be in this time. She's calm, oddly familiar with the crew, and seems to know things she shouldn't.
At first, she's just another mystery at sea. But the longer she stays, the more impossible her knowledge becomes, and the harder it is for everyone aboard to ignore the feeling that she somehow already belongs among them.
As suspicion mixes with curiosity, the crew is pulled into a strange situation where the past and future begin to blur, and nothing on the Sunny feels quite the same anymore.

“Have you ever watched the sunset out at sea?” Luffy asked, seemingly out of nowhere.
Law had long since given up on following the chaotic mess that was Luffy’s train of thought. He learned it was better to just go along with it and find out where it led. So, instead of asking where the question came from, he just shook his head.
“It’s so much prettier than on land. The sea reflects the sky and it’s like you’re in a sky-sandwich!” Luffy explained earnestly.
Law couldn’t have held back the bark of laughter that burst out of his mouth at Luffy’s silly analogy. It was such a Luffy thing to say, and yet it somehow made perfect sense. Now Luffy was bouncing with excitement, grinning literally from ear to ear.
“Let’s go watch the sunset together, Torao!” he said, pulling Law to his feet.
