Summary
A slow-burn, WIP, mostly original work set in the 1800's after the protagonist has completed a trek across the American continent that resembles the Oregon Trail. Contains furry characters in place of the human race. I'm aiming to balance smut scenes with fleshed-out characters and a story-line. Historical accuracy is deliberately and consistently low, especially for character speech, with a mix of real and made-up places being referenced throughout. Contains things that may be considered violence or non-con by some people.

I wrote this for a history assignment I had right before school let out, so it kinda just snowballed into this. It's more of an original work because we did our own Oregon Trail simulator in class, but I feel like it's close enough to put under the game's tag as well. The assignment in class was to write a narrative, so it is in first person. (I didn't want to rewrite the whole thing) I know 1st person has sort of a bad rap on this site, but I feel like 1st person is better when you're not trying to do it with characters that already exist.

A semi-procedurally generated travelogue heavily inspired by 80 Days and The Oregon Trail, but running on a heavily modified version of Ryuutama under the hood and an itinerary adapted from a real-life trek but with the geography and history completely reskinned. The plot arc is what the dice make of it, so get on your mule and experience the sights, sounds, and smells of a disappearing land...
