“Charlie… Charlie, wake up please.”
Charlie shot up like a rocket, heart pounding. “What? What’s happening?” he complained groggily, looking around his surroundings confused.His mother was perched in front of him, looking irritated and flush with sunburnt. Next to her stood two boys. One looked to be in his early 20’s, tall and lean with floppy brown hair and a bored scowl.
The other appeared a bit younger, all broad chested and auburn hair with a smattering of freckles on his cheeks. He was possibly the fittest guy Charlie had ever seen. Oh fuck, did Charlie have dried drool on his cheek?!
Charlie and Nick meet on holiday in Ibiza attending a destination wedding. Sparks fly immediately.

Summary
Two lesbians and a long string of failures didn’t really set him up for success in the romance department, and it didn’t help that Charlie emitted an aura that brought Nick to his knees. Charlie was kind and generous and funny and talented. And so, so beautiful. Nick swore he had never seen someone as beautiful as Charlie and he swore he never would.

Nick has been pushed into acting from a young age by his father, but he loved it anyway. Except press interviews. If he never had to sit in a room and answer the same questions over and over again, that would make his life perfect. But one interviewer made the process slightly less awful.
