Had he hit his head somehow? One would think that’d be difficult with the sturdy shell over his head, probably linked to something around his neck with how little it moved even up to this point. He didn’t quite have the sense to feel around it for dents of any kind before he was held fast in this manner that he couldn’t do so, but it didn’t feel like there was any damage from the inside.
